Peppermint Cupcakes

 These fun peppermint cupcakes with peppermint buttercream frosting were a tasty Christmas treat.  Especially when you added the cute candy cane sprinkles on top

 We also had a chocolate mint with chocolate mint whipped cream frosting for those who wanted that chocolate with their mint.

Fall cupcakes

 My favorite time of year for cupcakes is fall since you can do such pretty additions and the flavors are so tasty.  Red Velvet, Spice, Pumpkin, White Chocolate and carrot are a few that are shown here.  Yummy!

Fall Spice Cupcakes

 Four dozen spice cupcakes with cream cheese frosting.  A highly sought after cupcake.  No one ever believes what I put in it when they taste it.  Its a fun surprise.

 4 dozen red velvet cupcakes done and ready to be delivered.  Tasty!

Happy Veteran's Day

 I was hired to make 4 dozen red cupcakes.  I have to say I did question to myself that as red is not the tastiest frosting. 

But when they sent me a picture of the end result of what was done with my red cupcakes you couldn't help but like them!

Baseball Baby Shower

 It was fun to do this baby shower for a great lady who loves her baseball.  How could the theme not be baseball when its her favorite?

Hello Kitty Birthday Party

 It is always fun to learn a new technique.  I have never tried a frozen buttercream transfer so I thought I would try it out.  It was a fun new way to put a character on the cake.  It wasn't perfect...I shouldn't have outlined the nose, and I would likely do a smaller tip on future ones so it can be more detailed but overall it turned out pretty well.  To tie the whole theme together we added cute hello kitty cupcakes with pre-made picks to match the liners and cute little hello kitty sprinkles to add to it.

 

Wedding Tasting cupcakes

 It's always fun to make cupcakes for a wedding tasting.  These were to have the happy couple try some of the great oreo cupcakes.  It was a hit!  Bride is having a hard time being convinced to offer any other flavor besides oreo.  That's always a good sign.

 It is always fun to make a garden full of flower cupcakes.  Love the beauty this brings to a table.
