So Long Summer!

I got to make this great cake for a family to have a so long to summer party the day before school started.  What a fun tradition.

It was fun to make this tasty cake for a baby shower.  I mean, what expectant mom doesn't want a triple chocolate cake with chocolate ganache filling topped with fudge frosting and chocolate dipped strawberries.  Can we say yum?

Simple beauty in a cake

I love the simple beatuy that this cake has.  It was a white chocolate cake with butter cream frosting.  It was for a birthday but could be done for any occasion.

Coconut Cake to die for!

John found this recipe for me and we took a couple coconuts and cracked them and shredded them ourselves and make this delicicous cake.  It was so rich and heavenly you couldn't eat much.  We've tried the recipe with store bought coconut but it's just not as good as when you get it fresh out of a coconut.
