After hours of working on this wedding cake, it was all done and pretty. I left to pick kids up from school and came home to this! I wanted to cry! Luckily I had the cake done the night before the wedding so I had time to stay up and redo it with different frosting and smaller ruffles.
In the end it turned out beautifully again...and held up the second time. But man was my hand sore!
This is my cute daughter helping at the wedding with some of the other desserts.
